As an experience design lead, I design with and manage teams of world-class designers on several types of projects, from product ideation to build to launch. I create effective, user-friendly digital experiences by utilizing ethnographic research, persona development, user flows, wireframes, low and high-delity prototypes, and user testing.\\\\n\\\\nSelect projects:\\\\n- Led team of designers to build and launch a B2C investment management platform for one of the largest mutual fund providers\\\\n- Managed cross-functional team to re-imagine key elements of a knowledge management portal for a premiere consulting firm\\\\n- Managed design team to evaluate then optimize a real estate agent tools platform (e.g. document management, listing creation, client management, etc) for a large real estate tools provider\\\\n- Redesigned the e-commerce purchase funnel for the largest theme park company in the US\\\\n\\\\nOther leadership activities:\\\\n\\\\n- Planned and ran experience design cohort initiatives (e.g. Design Day, crit sessions, beach day, leads meetings)\\\\n- Served as a team coach, counseling team leadership and members to ensure a high-functioning team\\\\n- Mentor and coach junior designers\\\\n- Created internal organization tools and programs\\\\n- Active in recruiting new designers\\\\n\\\\nBCG Digital Ventures is the corporate innovation, investment and incubation arm of Boston Consulting Group.
