   Backend engineer on Robinhood’s core brokerage platform, working primarily in Python (Django) with supporting services in Golang. Worked on foundational account architecture and lifecycle systems across multiple distributed services, including the design and launch of Joint Accounts and Custodial Accounts, enabling new ownership models such as shared accounts and parent-managed accounts for children. Contributed to schema-level data model evolution, cross-service API design, and coordinated production rollouts in a highly regulated financial environment, collaborating closely with product, infrastructure, and partner teams to safely deliver high-impact brokerage features under tight deadlines, including first-to-market launches.Key Achievements:· Multiple Individual Brokerages (MIBs) Platform Expansion: Drove major portions of a foundational architectural shift expanding the platform from 1 brokerage account per user to support multiple brokerage accounts per user, unlocking new user workflows and account types. The launch drove ~$1B in new customer deposits within the first 3 months post-launch, significantly increasing platform engagement and assets under custody.
