I’m a Digital Asset and Product Information Management professional with hands-on ownership of DAM and PIM systems supporting e-commerce, broadcast, and marketing operations. My work focuses on metadata governance, taxonomy implementation, and cross-system workflows that align digital assets with product information and live web content.I specialize in maintaining accuracy and consistency across the asset lifecycle—from ingestion and metadata enrichment through publication and reuse—ensuring assets are structured, searchable, and scalable within enterprise environments. I’ve supported DAM and PIM platforms including STIBO STEP, Oracle Diva Director, and TATA MediaHub, collaborating closely with Product Information, Category Management, Marketing, Suppliers, and Production teams to enforce asset standards and streamline workflows.In my current role, I support exclusive brand content by maintaining alignment between DAM assets, PIM metadata, and live website content. I automate metadata preparation through Excel-based workflows, perform ongoing quality checks across systems, and ensure product imagery and metadata accurately match category and SKU-level data within STIBO STEP.With a background in broadcast media and archival operations, I’m comfortable managing high-volume, media-rich environments where accuracy, rights management, and discoverability are critical. I bring a detail-driven, systems-oriented approach to DAM and PIM operations and enjoy working at the intersection of systems, structure, and content—turning complex asset ecosystems into reliable, scalable operations.I’m continually expanding my expertise in digital asset management and product content operations and am motivated by opportunities that challenge me to improve systems, workflows, and metadata quality.
