ABOUT ANDREW TODD
As a mathematics graduate with a First Class Honours degree from Durham University, I have interests in problem solving, process development and using maths to create innovative solutions. I regularly implement technology to assist, automate and improve procedures, and have a good working knowledge of Excel, both of which facilitate the delivery of high quality services to clients. Training as a Maths Teacher developed my communication and presentation skills, which I use to develop strong working relationships with both colleagues and clients.In addition to my day to day role, I’m co-lead of RSM’s PRISM group (our LGBT+ employee network), an exam training manager for the north-west region, tax relationship lead across the north region, and a line manager to several students within the office team. I’ve also been involved in corporate responsibility and wellbeing initiatives, and took part in a forward sprint challenge to create innovative solutions to support our clients.
