ABOUT ANDREW THOMAS
Andrew helps ambitious SMEs scale through clearer strategy, stronger marketing and effective leadership. For more than 15 years he has coached founders and leadership teams preparing their businesses for sustainable growth.After serving as an army officer, Andrew built his marketing career at global agency McCann, working with major brands before moving into the scale-up environment. He later joined the management team at Bounty Group, where he played a key role in developing the company’s digital offering and supporting its successful sale to Canadian media company Kaboose in 2007.Andrew now runs a coaching and advisory practice supporting founders and leadership teams to unlock growth.
