At Neurotech, I was brought on to build and lead our Commercial Operations function from the ground up—laying the strategic and operational foundation to drive executional excellence across our field force to launch a first and only treatment for the rare disease, Macular Telangiectasia. My role centers on architecting scalable commercial infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
