In this corporate role I provide strategic leadership in Avery Dennison\'s enterprise-wide talent management initiatives and serve as the HR Business Partner to Avery Dennison\'s Enterprise Sustainability organization. In my Talent Management role I lead global strategies and initiatives to build skills and capabilities for approximately employees in 40+ countries. This includes designing, launching, and governing Oracle HR Career Profiles that broaden career paths and strengthen capabilities for individuals and teams. In 2025, Avery Dennison was awarded \"Team of the Year: Excellence in HR Transformation\" by HR Tech with our work in Oracle HR, including our work with Career Profiles. As an HRBP I partner with Avery Dennison\'s Vice President of Enterprise Sustainability (CLT member) and serve as a member of Avery Dennison\'s global Sustainability Council to align our capability, structure, talent, and culture to deliver on our long-term sustainability goals.
