About E. Andrew Stenhouse
After more than 30 years as an educator, minister, counselor, and consultant; I realized that the one thing I am most passionate about is working one-on-one with others – watching them discover clarity, restoration, hope, and passion. This is the single endeavor where I get to bring all that I am to all that I do.My clients include (a) individuals navigating the difficult transitions of life;(b) professionals struggling to navigate the dynamics of their careers and the resulting impact on their personal lives; and (c) individuals struggling to escape cognitive distortions that proliferate unhealthy conflict, anxiety, and/or depression.I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relational conflict, work-related stress, and life-stage transitions. Based on the uniqueness of each client, I incorpoate treatments from cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and personality disorder (PD) treatment.
