ABOUT ANDREW STEADMAN
I am a seasoned C++ developer with 8+ years of game experience, including 6 years at BioWare [UI Programming Supervisor/Technical Lead on Dragon Age: The Veilguard]. Outside of work, my passion is computer hacking – everything from reverse engineering to mastering stack overflows. By combining my low-level hacker knowledge with my gamedev experience, I can solve problems and implement features that would otherwise take a team of specialists.In 2021 I went from \'Noob\' to \'Elite Hacker\' on HTB in less than 3 months (ranking as high as 3rd in Canada). In 2024 my CTF team placed in the Global Top-5 for PicoCTF 2024 - Tied in points for first place with a 100% solve rate.I have a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta. I\'ve developed both hardware and software, with a focus on real-time systems.
