   As one of the founding members of Microsoft Teams I have lead a number of product areas from conception through to public availability across all portions of the stack. Examples of these areas include messaging, notifications, calendaring, sync/middle tier services, etc. For each of these areas I drive/drove separate (and often parallel) engineering teams while also coordinating efforts with multiple external infrastructure teams. In addition to driving the engineering efforts I play a role in customer engagement and user feedback including partner visits, user research studies, telemetry analytics, etc.Most recently I have been leading the foundation team on the consumer side of Microsoft Teams where my team owns all of the core components of the app whcih includes messaging, calling, meetings, profiles, search, IA, etc.lighting up new features and functionality that cater to families, social/project groups and other high impact end-user scenarios.
