AI isn\'t incrementally improving how healthcare, finance, analytics, and risk functions operate; it\'s rewriting the value equation for every analytical role in the industry. I\'ve spent 15 years at the intersection of actuarial science, healthcare finance, and organizational leadership. That vantage point makes one thing clear: the organizations that navigate this transition with rigor and intentionality will separate decisively from those that don\'t.I currently serve as Senior Director of Actuarial Finance at HarmonyCares, where I lead financial performance analytics across ACO REACH, MSSP, and Medicare Advantage populations. My focus is increasingly on how AI transforms the core work of actuarial and finance functions; not as a threat to manage, but as a capability to architect.Previously I held VP and Director-level roles at Belong Health, Carelon, and myNEXUS, building and leading actuarial and analytics teams across value-based care, Medicare Advantage, and risk contracting environments. Earlier in my career I developed technical foundations at InnovaCare Health, Markel Corporation, and Epic.I\'m an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.What I\'m building toward: AI strategy and governance advisory work for healthcare and financial services organizations navigating the transition from traditional analytical models to AI-native operations.
