Keynote speaker at their annual conference. • Deep experience in forming coalitions. Develop comprehensive plans that ensure client resources are used in the most effective and efficient manner. Manage outside PR firms, policy and legal experts and additional advocates to meet client goals.• Monitor and provide guidance to clients on appellate and Supreme Court cases that have the potential for significant business and regulatory impact. Track cases throughout the process and provide regular updates. • Act as general counsel for specific legal matters involving manufacturers and tech resellers on the secondary market.
