ABOUT ANDY SHELDON
Recognised as one of the worlds leading authorities in the design of digital forensic solutions and innovations, Andys current role as Director of Innovation follows his previous role as CTO and Chief Innovator at Evidence Talks (ETL) extending his background in digital forensics to almost 30 years. He is proud and privileged to have been the course designer and lecturer for the \'Internet Investigations\' module on the first Forensic Computing MSc at the Center of Forensic Computing, Cranfield University under the professorship of the remarkable Tony Samms and is honored to continue to hold Recognised Teacher status with the University. Andy still works with the team of talented developers at Evidence Talks in the pursuit of computer forensic excellence, particularly in the field of digital triage designed for law enforcement, Defence and government agencies but now also has the honour of working with a fantastic team of DFIR, forensic R&D and eDiscovery experts at CCL Solutions Group. We are delivering class leading technological solutions to some of the worlds most respected law enforcement, government and corporate clients. He has an international reputation as an engaging and thought provoking speaker at industry conferences with many \'most valuable speaker\' awards and is a contributing author to the seminal legal reference book \'Electronic Evidence\' by Stephen Mason, published by LexisNexis Butterworths. A serial technology entrepreneur, before starting Evidence Talks (ETL) he founded the market leading desktop audit technology business fPrint UK which was acquired for $23m in 1996. His flair for technical creativity and inventiveness has led to a number of technical firsts and patents for remote forensics and technologies used in radiographic non-destructive testing. When he is not working, Andy can be found assaulting anyone in earshot with his attempts at playing his treasured Godin semi-acoustic electric Bass. Andy likes nothing more than trying to solve technical problems and is always happy to discuss ideas so get in touch and see where the horizon starts.
