As a Summer Legal Intern at Savitz Law Offices, P.C, I support attorneys in preparing employment-based immigration petitions, including H-1B, TN, L-1, and PERM applications. My responsibilities include drafting legal memoranda, client support letters, and USCIS filings, as well as responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs). I conduct legal research on evolving immigration regulations and assist in maintaining internal reference materials. This hybrid role allows me to contribute to both remote and in-office casework in a fast-paced, high-volume immigration practice serving corporate and individual clients.
