Provide managerial support, coaching, and mentoring to the instructional design On Demand staff, nurturing their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing learning management systems like Canvas, as well as authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Design Plus, to develop engaging and interactive educational content. Actively engage stakeholders throughout the instructional design process, conducting needs assessments, gathering feedback, and incorporating their input to ensure the final deliverables meet their expectations and requirements, resulting in learner-centric and impactful educational experiences.
