As Lead Video Producer at Datadog, I lead the end-to-end creation of video content that tells powerful stories about our brand, products, customers, and culture. I partner closely with marketing, design, comms, and executive stakeholders to craft videos that resonate with developers, engineers, and enterprise audiences globally. My day-to-day includes:* Developing creative briefs and shaping narrative strategy across a wide range of video formats* Leading pre-production: scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, budgeting, casting, and crew coordination* Directing live-action and remote shoots, both in the field and studio — managing talent, crews, and environments* Overseeing post-production from rough cut to final delivery: edits, color, mix, and motion graphics* Working cross-functionally to ensure creative alignment and consistent visual storytelling across touchpoints* Building scalable workflows, mentoring junior team members, and elevating our production standardsOn the technical side:* I have deep hands-on expertise with camera systems (Sony, Canon, RED), lighting design for both natural and controlled environments, and location/studio sound capture* I’m highly proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro**, and comfortable jumping into an edit myself when needed — whether for quick-turn deliverables, pitch prototypes, or high-touch narratives* I understand post-production pipelines from ingest to final export, and can speak fluently with editors, animators, and sound designers to guide creative execution with precisionI bridge the gap between strategy and craft — ensuring every video we produce is not only on-message and high-impact, but beautifully made. From world-renowned tech conglomerates to independent dance companies, I have extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients within the commercial world. I am well knowledged in an array of cinema cameras such as the Arri Alexa XT and LF and Mini, Red Digital Cinema, Sony Cinema, and the line of Black Magic Cinema cameras.
