ABOUT ANDREW ROBERTS INN

I am a leader with extensive experience delivering complex change, including across large matrixed teams involving multiple organisations working toward the same goal. I have hands on experience in shaping strategy, leading and developing high performing teams, as well as driving cultural and operational transformation. As a proud neurodivergent leader and Co‑Lead of Heathrow’s Disability Network, I champion inclusive policy and culture, empowering colleagues with disabilities and embedding long‑term organisational change. This includes leading a team of colleagues to deliver culture change alongside their existing roles. I’m qualified in PROSCI Change Management and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt). I combine structured change methodology with innovative problem‑solving to deliver measurable improvements. My work includes first of type solutions that have reduced carbon emissions across UK airports, improved cost efficiency, and elevated the passenger experience. With a BSc in Design and Innovation, I bring a human‑centred, strategic mindset to every challenge. I’m driven by creating solutions for complex challenges, purposeful change, authentic leadership, and building environments where people and organisations can thrive.
