About Andrew Johnson

Growing up, my dad would tell me every morning: “Be good, have fun, and do your best.” I didn’t realize it then, but that mindset still fuels my curiosity, my drive to learn, and my passion for helping people and organizations operate at their best. After stepping away from the corporate grind in early 2025, I finally had the space to reset, reflect, and rebuild. Pulling my own train off the tracks — clearing out the debris, repairing what was broken, and laying down stronger guardrails — reminded me how much I’m energized by clarity, improvement, and meaningful progress.I’m excited by environments where data sparks action, where KPIs illuminate opportunity, and where project management fundamentals turn chaos into momentum. With two decades of experience across industries and roles, I’ve been fortunate to engage with diverse stakeholders, needs, and viewpoints — and every one of those interactions reinforces how much I enjoy turning complexity into structure and helping people find confidence in their processes. Most of all, I’m excited by supporting individuals and organizations who want to grow: strengthening their operations, building or optimizing their PMO, enhancing reporting and oversight, or simply gaining better control over their professional lives. My goal is to bring energy, curiosity, and a data-driven mindset that helps people be their best — with systems and support that make real progress possible.\"Be good, have fun, and do your best!\" Every morning I repeat those words to my daughter, and smile.
