I am an experienced event manager and event sales manager within the hospitality industry. Having worked previously in a single site office, operational roles and to my current position of multi site event sales manager with venues across the north of the UK, from Birmingham to Edinburgh. I pride myself in attention to detail for all my customers no matter the event size. Delivering a high standard of customer service, maintaining brand standards and ensuring the perfect client relationship at all times. I have a proven track record of achieving targets in new site openings and in those venues struggling in the past to hit target. I have worked both operationally and sales based within the hotel sector transferring my skill set to the media and film industry.
