About Andrew Quatkemeyer
University of Dayton graduate and former Army Officer. I spent four years in the U.S. Army assigned to the 101st Airborne Division with a combat deployment to Afghanistan in 2014. In 2015 I transitioned from the military and began working in the Defense Industry at L3Harris in Cincinnati, OH. During my time with L3Harris I held roles in both operations and program management supporting manufacturing, development, and IT programs while growing and empowering teams in matrix organizations. In 2022, I joined Systems Evolution, Inc (SEI). SeI is an employees owned consulting firm headquartered in Cincinnati specializing in program and technical management consulting. I wanted to help and partner with company’s in my home town, where i chose to raise my family, to solve hard complex problems. Additionally, I hold an active PMP certification and security clearance.
