My role is all about making complex technology feel simple, bridging the gap between business challenges and the solutions that can solve them. Whether it\'s leading a live demo, mapping out a strategy, or troubleshooting a technical hurdle, I thrive on helping clients see what’s possible—and then making it happen. Before joining NICE, I spent three years at Genesys. While there, I-Led product demos and workshops that helped businesses unlock the power of AI-driven CX -Designed customer engagement strategies that put real impact over buzzwords -Built training resources and knowledge-sharing initiatives for internal teams -Partnered with sales teams to craft tailored solutions that delivered real business value But my career didn’t start in technology—I actually began in Financial Planning, setting out to help people make better decisions with their money. What I quickly realized, though, is that my real passion was problem-solving and being a trusted advisor. That mindset led me here, where I get to do what I love: help businesses make informed, strategic decisions that drive real results. I believe that technology should work for people, not the other way around, and I love helping businesses bridge the gaps between innovation and real-world impact.
