I founded AlturaScope to solve a problem I kept running into across hundreds of commercial site visits — the built environment is chronically underdocumented, and the downstream cost of that shows up in every fit-out, renovation, and multi-site rollout. We deliver site intelligence and spatial documentation for commercial clients across the US, Canada, and the UK — 3D capture, scan-to-BIM, MEP documentation, condition assessments — backed by ScopeWalk, our AI-assisted field survey platform that keeps deliverables consistent and construction-ready across large portfolios. My clients are typically national QSR and retail brands managing multi-site programmes, design-build firms, and commercial fit-out contractors who need accurate as-built intelligence before a project breaks ground. Eighteen years in commercial construction — working across the full project lifecycle with architects, contractors, landlords, and ownership groups in three countries — taught me what information actually matters at the start of a project and what format it needs to arrive in. I also co-founded TIBR (tibr.ai), an AI-powered estimating platform for trades contractors. Same instinct, different problem — construction workflows that should be faster, aren\'t.
