Oak Lane Dental, a Midwestern dental support organization, is focused on providing quality, affordable, life-long dental care for the communities we serve. Pursuing an aggressive growth rate while requiring high standards for company culture and patient outcomes.Due to dramatic demographic, financial, and technological shifts, the traditional model of dental sole practitioners is shifting towards group practices. Nearly 50% of current dentists will retire in the next 5-10 years, and graduating dentists are crippled with debt that has grown 400% since the 1990s. By consolidating individual clinics into group practices, significant investment can be spread across a larger patient base, including call centers to handle scheduling and inquiries, improved lab and supplier costs, more attractive marketing, and centralized account collections. For dentists and medical professionals, group practices allow those who care for patients to solely focus on their craft. Greater opportunities for professional development, continuing education, and professional collaboration exist that are largely unavailable to independent clinics.For the public, group practices provide patients with the best technology, updated clinics, and well trained medical professionals who seek to provide the best patient outcomes.
