Led the implementation of Broadcom Clarity, an enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system, to provide the capabilities to manage portfolios, projects, schedules, Kanban boards, resources, roadmaps, and objectives and key results (OKRs) to the employees within NASA’s cybersecurity and privacy organization• Onboarded over 200 projects, initiatives, and activities, within 8 portfolios, onto the PPM system• Created and presented multiple, custom, training sessions on the PPM’s capabilities to over 100 users• Created and managed the process to compile and provide portfolio data to enterprise IT stakeholders • Collaborated with financial personnel to use the PPM system to enter and analyze organization-level, budget data and funded/unfunded projects, initiatives, and activities for prioritization• Managed 2 analysts to support the portfolio management processes and workflows, including portfolio review meetings, portfolio item change management process, and portfolio data integrity reviews • Provided strategic planning support to the cybersecurity and privacy organization
