As a sophomore studying Supply Chain Management and Management in the Haslam College of Business, I am building a strong foundation in core business principles, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. I excel in communication, relationship building, and problem solving, which I demonstrate through effective teamwork and confident engagement with new people. As an active member of the Beta Sigma Chapter of Sigma Chi and a member of the Recruitment Committee, I strengthen my ability to connect with others and contribute in collaborative environments. These experiences, combined with my academic coursework, have enhanced my passion for people and capacity to analyze business processes and offer meaningful, well-reasoned solutions.My goal is to begin a career in supply chain, sales, or management where I can apply my business knowledge and interpersonal strengths to create value for an organization. I am particularly interested in roles that involve coordinating operations, developing client relationships, or leading teams toward shared objectives. I plan to advance along this path by gaining hands-on experience through internships, professional development opportunities, and continued involvement in TASC-Tennessee Association of Supply Chain within the Haslam College of Business. Ultimately, I aim to contribute to efficient operations, strong partnerships, and a positive organizational culture, and I am eager to apply my interpersonal skills in real-world settings to support the growth and success of future employers.
