As a Manager of Product Operations at Human Interest, I lead a team of professionals who provide high-quality and efficient services to our clients and partners. We handle product growth and strategy for internal and external integrations to improve market penetration in 401(k)s and optimize internal operational efficiency. Prior to this I managed operations recordkeeping services that included trading, recordkeeping, and benefits processing operations for over retirement plan participants across the US, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness. I have been with Human Interest for over fix years, and I have successfully scaled and streamlined our operations as we grew from a startup to a leader in the retirement industry.I have over seven years of experience in operations management, financial planning, and economic development, with a passion for socially-driven initiatives. I hold a MA in Community Development and Public Policy from the University of New Hampshire, where I graduated cum laude. I have worked and volunteered in various projects and organizations in Southern and Western Africa, where I gained valuable skills in grant writing, communication, community outreach, social media, and event planning. My mission is to create a better world and give people the tools and opportunities to build better lives for themselves.
