I have decades of experience designing, architecting and implementing software systems in deeply embedded to high performance computing environments. I have done boot loaders on bare metal to networking, user interface, and web applications. I have over 10 years as a leader building successful intentional teams that ship on time. In addition I have years of experience in relationship management, product planning, and marketing. My focus is on creating ship focused intentional teams that deliver results and have fun. Skilled in software development (particularly systems C / C++), software architecture and design, development and release processes, recruiting, mentoring and coaching.
