We follow a unique approach to software & process design that focuses on studying end-users, in their native environment, to understand how they work. Parts of our process include conducting observations & interviews, using personas and persona mapping to prioritize users, prototyping (low fidelity paper mockups and high fidelity wireframes using tools like Axure), and design assessing prototypes with end-users. We also offer training to organizations looking to adopt this approach to design and problem solving.
