The scarce resource is no longer execution, it\'s wisdom and discernment. What to build, why, and whether the way you\'re building it will replicate the same dynamics you seek to transcend.I started School of Wise Innovation, incubated at Center for Humane Technology, as a home for these inquiries via courses, retreats, a yearlong cultivator program, and a growing community of practice. Alongside SWI, I\'m developing The Vision Guide: interactive booklets, a book in progress, and 1:1 advisory for founders at the delicate vision stage.As co-founder and CEO of Siempo, I led a pioneering Public Benefit Corporation that developed an award-winning, open-source humane smartphone interface. We were early to the conversation that became the responsible innovation movement. What that experience taught me about holistic vision enactment became the foundation for what and how I create today. Previously: early employee at Flexport ($10B+), where I built the learning and development function. Initiated the Digital Wellness Collective. Led the Foundations course at the Center for Humane Technology. Spoken at Wharton, Berkeley, NYU, Mozilla.
