With over 20 years of experience driving growth and building lasting relationships, I thrive on helping businesses unlock their teams full potential and achieve sustainable success. I was very lucky when I started to join and organisation that put L&D at the heart of everything they did. As I moved through my carear I began to see that is the exception rather than the rule. When I started my own business it was very much heads down in to the delivery and as the teams grew I realised I did offer much in the way of L&D and that was a huge gap but as an SME we did have the band width to provide that. Having worked more recently with a number of sales organisations I have seen that that is uncommon and most of the training is very much on closing sales rather than building product knowledge, addressing clients needs and building strong teams. I’m passionate about fostering meaningful connections and empowering teams through tailored strategies and transformative learning experiences.
