Noteworthy transactions include: • Acquisitions of Global Blood Therapeutics, Biohaven, Trillium Therapeutics, Medivation, Hospira and Baxter\'s vaccines business • Creation of Haleon plc, via the combination of Pfizer\'s and GSK\'s consumer healthcare businesses and subsequent demerger from GSK • Initial public offering of Zoetis Inc, Pfizer’s animal health business unit • Sale of Capsugel, Pfizer’s capsule manufacturing business, to KKR; Project leader for a cross-functional team responsible for the separation of the business from Pfizer and transition to KKR. • Joint venture and staged acquisition of Teuto Laboratories, a leading Brazilian generics manufacturer. • Creation of ViiV Healthcare plc, a global joint venture between Pfizer, GSK and Shionogi, focusing on the development and commercialization of HIV therapies. Counsel for Pfizer Ventures, Pfizer’s venture capital arm, providing advice and support on a broad array of matters, including investments in more than a dozen portfolio companies, management of a substantial public equity portfolio, general business and securities law advice, and multiple exit transactions.
