As a Product Manager at Tektronix, I have led strategic planning and execution of our product initiatives, focusing on defining product requirements and driving the overall product strategy. I also represent Tektronix at- IVI Foundation- LXI ConsortiumMy primary responsibilities include- Overseeing the roadmap and product definition for three Python package APIs and one legacy software platform- New Product Initiatives: Market research, Customer Workflow mapping and investigation, Prototyping and market testing. Requirements definition and business case development- Resource allocation, feature prioritization, backlog planning, and managing competing market needs- Driving the successful launch of multiple versions of our Python packages, enhancing functionality and user experience.Key achievements- Launched four products, including our first-ever open-source project at Tektronix, followed by two additional open-source libraries, underscoring our commitment to innovation and community engagement.Roles and expectations at Tektronix are extremely cross-functional.
