Support people to reduce barriers and achieve goals.Completing and maintain accuracy of all required documentation including electronic documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations and office standards.Conducting compliance assessments and internal audits. Analyze results and provide formal and informal reports of findings, including recommendations for improvement. Effectively communicate findings to manager, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders and customers, and assist with related corrective action as needed.Adhering to all state and federal privacy regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and to policies and agreements regarding confidentiality, privacy, and security. Participating in compliance, quality assurance and quality improvement activities as directed.
