London, GB

As a Green Infrastructure Specialist, I provide strategic advice and technical guidance on the planning, design, and management of green infrastructure across the Grosvenor London estate. Drawing on extensive landscape management expertise, I play a key leadership role in supporting and advising the wider business on all matters relating to landscape management, ensuring decisions are innovative, sustainable, and aligned with Grosvenor’s long-term biodiversity and climate goals. My focus is on delivering creative, sustainable, and biodiverse green space interventions that balance innovation with practicality. These range from pocket gardens, living roofs and walls, and garden meadows to the redevelopment of major landscapes such as Grosvenor Square. In 2025, I led extensive Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) enhancements across the estate, installing over 1,800 sqm of forest floor interventions including deadwood habitats, bulbs, wildflowers, native grasses, and ferns, significantly enriching habitat diversity and ecological value.I also spearhead a range of land-based innovations, integrating emerging technologies such as eDNA analysis, Agrisound acoustic biodiversity sensors, Gentian living roof scanning using European Space Agency satellite data, and solitary bee habitats, alongside developing forest school initiatives to engage communities with nature.Passionate about landscape-focused innovation, I continually drive forward new approaches that enhance Grosvenor’s vision for a greener, more biodiverse, and climate-resilient urban environment. In 2025, our team achieved over 10 Gold Awards at the London in Bloom Awards, recognising excellence in design, management, and sustainability. I also received the 2023 London in Bloom Chairman’s Award for innovation and served as Curator of Innovation at the 2024 Royal Parks Guild Discovery Day at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
