In charge of finding prospects for our sales team. To do this I research every client’s website and social account they have online. To be successful, I find every point of contact for every important decision-maker in the company, then sort it in a shared google sheet. Making cold calls I have to find creative ways to reach the decision-makers. Once I am sent to someone I need to use my skills in customer relations and public speaking to make a connection and get them interested in my pitch. When I close the sale I am in charge of keeping in touch with the customer, troubleshooting issues, and settingthem up with additional services.* In addition to finding clients for the company, I help out with operations tasks. Using my knowledge of spreadsheets to create templates in Google Sheets. Scanning Google Earth across multiple countries to confirm if residential surcharges for customers were correct. Fixing issues in our client portal when customer’s data was not processing. Manually checking thousands of shipments a day, to make sure our system didn’t miss anything we can resolve for our clients.
