ABOUT ANDREW MADDEN

With over 17 years of experience coaching men’s and women’s rowing across youth, high school, collegiate, and national team development programs, I focus on building strong team cultures, fostering athlete development, and driving competitive results on the regional and national level.I am passionate about athlete-centered coaching, integrating sport psychology, and implementing data-driven training methods. My leadership has helped guide programs to championship titles, program-first national appearances, and significant growth in athlete performance and participation. Beyond coaching, I bring expertise in sport science, program administration, fundraising, equipment management, and helping to develop assistant coaches.
