   Reporting to the VP of Operations. Responsible for developing operations strategy for 6 Plants in North America producing over 200MMlbs of Process Cheese annually. Directly supervised a team of four. Responsible for introduction of Lean Principals to the North American operations resulting in over $750k in savings delivered in 2 years. Project Manager on the introduction of Redzone into Ornua facilities. Responsible to Group Headquarters for sustainability goal of reducing emissions. • Developed growth strategy for Hilbert, WI Plant to grow manufacturing capacity from 75MMlbs to 120MMlbs. Included operations and supporting logistics strategy. • Defined capability requirements and design planning for a sqft Distribution Center at Hilbert • Developed and executed turn-around plan for OINA’s Byron facility leading to $2 million+ investment to increase capacity from 25MMlbs to 45MMlbs. • Introduced Robotic Automation to the Hilbert facility. • Introduced new packaging capability to Hilbert, substantially reducing on site recycling requirements. • Managed annual Capex process for $5MM+ and 5-year Capex plan for ORNU North America. • Introduced Alchemy training to OINA. • Implemented Lean Principals into the Hilbert Operations increasing productivity by 17%. • Project Manager for the implementation of Redzone operational efficiency software. Delivered the project on budget and on time with annual savings of $500k+ delivered.
