ABOUT ANDREW LOWDEN

I have successfully mentored many MD\'s/Business Owners, helping them to develop their business whilst supporting them on both strategic and day-to-day issues, and aspects such as work/life balance. I provide professional and personal support to help business and organisation leaders to make the right decisions. Qualified in 2023 with the ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive Coaches and Mentors. Over 25 years experience in senior roles, mostly as a Managing Director and company Director. Focused on providing coaching and mentoring support to the leaders of businesses that are aiming to grow and/or going through major change. I work with MD\'s and owners,\'sitting on their shoulder\', as they work through strategic and tactical business issues including sales development, business and financial planning, strategic analysis, brand building, business leadership, and change management. Direct experience of launching a new premium consumer brand and introducing it into the UK, Ireland, Europe and USA markets, achieving exceptional sales values. Winner of the Outstanding Achievement Special Award in the UK National Mentoring Matters Awards. Finalist in the UK National Mentoring Matters Awards for both ‘Biggest Impact’ and ‘Outstanding Contribution’ 2025.
