   Blue Buffalo Buddies Mobile App - Lead daily scrum, sprint planning, grooming, demo, risk identification/mitigation, and retro sessions for the Buddies mobile app team which consisted of +25 product, design, and development team members to ensure backlog prioritization and completion as well as creating an environment of continuous improvement was happening on a regular basis- Organized, scheduled, and facilitated PI planning breakout sessions for all Blue Buffalo PPX teams tied to Buddies related work- Responsible for the PI milestones chart which was used as a reference document by the Product, Design, MobileDev, and Platforms teams which showed scope and timing of work determined in PI planning- Partnered with product owners to scope app feature releases given team velocity constraints- Facilitated the transition of project responsibilities from external Accenture team members to internal General Mills team members across Product, Design, and Development teams- Created a tool in R Studio to search through new Buddies member signups over 2 months, which saved in free treats rewards going to 4,400 bad actor duplicate accounts- Larger project initiatives include: Buddies 1 year anniversary, Bulldog, and Project Wildebeest
