   Manage and operate marker-based (Motive) and markerless (Theia via internal frontend) motion capture systems, conducting 500+ biomechanical assessments for athletes (MLB, KBO, NPB, NCAA, NAIA, NWAC, HS) while collaborating with pitching and hitting trainers to integrate results into player development.• Develop and maintain motion capture data processing pipelines, contributing code for multi-step biomechanical data processing/analysis, QA automation, and VM-based system integration (Motive, Theia3D, Visual3D)• Built automation tools for high-performance report generation, Linux-based VM hosting, and leaderboards linking mocap and strength data in collaboration with high-performance staff.• Design tools to query and interface with existing databases and large mounted drives, enabling baseball operations and coaching staff to efficiently retrieve and analyze video and performance data.• Maintain lab hardware, including daily upkeep of OptiTrack and Edgertronic cameras, Bertec force plates, mounting/wiring, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted capture operations.• Led and contributed to computer vision annotation projects, producing labeled images used to train in-house CV models for baseball biomechanics.• Train and fine-tune internal CV object detection models that are used for displacement calculations using triangulation.• Contribute to applied sports science research, investigating youth arm speed for IRB studies and analyzing EMG muscle activation during baseball-specific movements for internal studies under strict research protocols
