I am driven to create transformative experiences that empower students and develop future leaders. With over a decade of experience in higher education, I\'ve had the privilege of mentoring and developing teams, pioneering student success initiatives, and implementing cutting-edge educational technologies to enhance learning and student retention. In my most recent role as Associate Vice President for Student Success & Dean of Student Academic Support, I led and mentored dynamic teams, championed data-driven strategies to improve student success, and secured multi-million-dollar grants to drive institutional growth. My expertise lies in designing scalable support solutions, developing leadership programs, and leveraging technology - such as Power BI analytics, educational technology platforms, and advising software - to enhance the student experience. I\'ve served as an implementation leader for multiple software initiatives, including Ellucian\'s suite of products, Pharos Resources, and others. During my time as AVP, student retention increased to higher rates and at-risk students achieved higher success outcomes than in any previous year. An innovator and strategic thinker at heart, I thrive in environments where strategy meets action in the context of relationships. Organizational health begins with strong relationships, and fostering a culture of growth and excellence has been a passion of mine in all stages of my career. From guiding first-year students to success, coaching professionals to lead with confidence and integrity, or implementing tech-driven solutions, my goal is to cultivate an environment where everyone flourishes.
