Equity Bank knows that the sun doesn\'t shine every day but with good preparation you can survive almost any weather event. We focus on getting to yes rather than trying to find ways to say no. We work to understand where customers have been and where they\'d like to go, and then provide the capital to allow them to execute their plan.
