ABOUT ANDREW WOOD
Executive and team coach and facilitator with over 15 years professional experience helping individuals, leaders and teams transform and perform. I work with leaders, teams and organisations who want to make changes to the way they think and work.Together, we create new sense and understanding; and then we use that to unstick and establish new behaviours, practical actions, personal capability and real, deep, lasting change.I work with clients in four complementary ways:Coaching: I\'m an accredited transformational coach, and have senior clients from the media, not-for-profit, technology, finance and professional services. I work well with clients who are experiencing or preparing for change, but are not sure where to go next.Facilitation: I create and run offsites and workshops for teams looking to upgrade how they work together, get unstuck, create better ways of working and solve problems. I\'m light-touch and appreciative, but I challenge from a position of trust. We have fun, but we get real work done that sticks.Engine: I work as an extra brain, voice and pair of skilled hands where people need help with organisational change programmes, cultural transformation and employee engagement and comms. I embed quickly into teams and provide expertise and horsepower when/where it\'s most useful.Development programmes: I design and host skills development programmes for managers and leaders who are ready to be more; these are not so much traditional \'training\' as \'coaching with expertise\' that changes perspective and really unlocks behavioural ten years of leading and growing successful pharmaceutical market research businesses in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong, I followed a deep passion for leadership and change into a career in adult development, where I spent 10+ years in leadership roles at Synovate (now Ipsos MORI), Dentsu Aegis Group and Pearson Plc. I have a degree in modern languages and management from Durham, I\'m Vice-Chair of governors at Marjory Kinnon School for SEN children, a fellow of the RSA, and I wish I had a bit more time to play the guitar.
