Andrew Kurtzman is the Director of the Innovation Lab in the U.S. Government Accountability Office, where he leads enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen GAO’s internal operations and oversight of Executive Branch programs on behalf of the United States Congress. He oversees the development and validation of new audit capabilities, the creation of predictive capabilities to identify future high-value oversight opportunities, and the testing and deployment of emerging technologies.
