We have the team, culture, and strategy to achieve our vision, and I\'m really excited and grateful to be a part of this team. Before ERG, I spent 5 years as a consultant helping leadership teams grow revenue, profitability, and valuation by implementing business operating systems & processes into their businesses. Consulting let me compare dozens of case studies side-by-side, enabling me to see with clarity: What makes a great team? What are the shared qualities of great leaders? What are the drivers of strong industry dynamics? Which initiatives tend to fail repeatedly, and what was different about those who succeeded? Etc. Before consulting, I founded and grew a digital marketing agency that achieved >40% combined revenue growth rate + EBITDA margin each year from inception to exit, entirely self-funded. We sold to a strategic buyer in 2019. One of my proudest moments was during diligence when the CEO of the buyer said \"you aren\'t the biggest company we\'ve looked at, but this is the best run company we\'ve looked at.by far.\"
