A driven operations leader, I have 25+ years of experience leading strategy and managing operations to help organizations achieve new levels of growth and success. Through blending strategy, operations, and team leadership, I have led organizations to transform and improve operations, meanwhile optimizing costs and increasing efficiencies, throughout my career.Currently, in my role as a Project Manager IV for Modivcare, I lead and oversee the progress of corporate level projects from ideation through completion. I create the project timeline, secure team resources, manage vendors, create communications plans, ensure training, conduct change management and present operational status updates to all levels of leadership. As a Site Operations Manager at Auto Club Group, formerly Colorado, I oversaw operations at a 24/7 contact center serving 700K+ club members and with 400K+ annual incidents. Throughout those five years, I worked to transform our operations, including transforming the call center to a true contact center model which improved our ranking among the company’s clubs nationwide from #43 to #5. My experience additionally includes managing operations and special projects, including at Comcast where I oversaw the launch of Comcast’s enterprise business communication packages nationally. In this role, I scaled the team 600% over the course of 24 months to meet sales expansion requirements and grow operational footprint in two cities to provide 25% more coverage.At Avaya Communications, I was charged with introducing the company’s first VoIP platform in the business phone system market. In doing so, I managed customer contracts which generated $18M in the first year, meanwhile finding opportunities to continuously reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.Along with operations and process improvement, I am passionate about building team cultures founded upon accountability, responsibility, and trust.
