   Jun 2025 — Present · US Naval Academy, MD

   15M renovation of the historic Ward Hall at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Originally built in 1941, the project includes the full abatement of the building, rebuild of the roof, restoration of historical features, and complete upgrade of MEPF systems throughout the building. Ward Hall also houses a small data center which serves the entire Naval Academy community and beyond; the data center is being protected and kept active throughout the duration of the project.
