I am a mergers and acquisitions lawyer with experience advising public and private companies, pension funds, private equity funds and syndicates of investors on domestic and cross-border share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, reorganizations and other complex corporate transactions.I assist clients at all stages of growth with structuring, equity financing, governance matters and strategic advice.
