We currently manage redevelopment projects, totaling more than residential units and 240 acres, in six major high barrier to entry and high growth markets from Washington to Virginia, California to Texas.Our projects include everything from single asset/single building entitlements to multi-parcel master plan redevelopments. These projects target a mix of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, for-sale townhomes and single family detached product types.
