Technology Division – Fixed Income - Chief of Staff/COO. As a technology provider, the group consists of 1,500 technologists delivering around the world first-class technology solutions to our internal & external clients. We are continually driving forward various initiatives to ensure we are delivering on all key projects, and the business unit stakeholders are highly satisfied with the delivery. Further ensuring that we are executing on all required risk management remediation work and finding ways to keep on top of our risk agenda. Oversight & ownership for over $250M of manpower spend, and the point person for all budget & recruiting items. Our group has developed a location & workforce strategy and continues to drive forward the execution of our strategy. Each year led a global volunteering initiative to get our team involved around the world in various community events. Technology Division – Portfolio Management for Fixed Income Division. In addition responsible for the entire technology budget for the Fixed Income business unit. Oversight and ownership for all manpower spend, infrastructure & software cap/amortization expenses. This requires close partnership with the business unit and all technology groups that provide services & allocate costs to the Fixed Income business unit. We have been heavily focused on finding & delivering on savings such as establishing a hardware optimization program and carefully documenting & reviewing all allocated costs.
